  17. The Blood Pressure Daily Log (BPDL) computer software will record blood pressure, pulse, weight, and, general comments. These entries will be used to generate screen and printed reports used to help you and your health team to pinpoint problems in your blood pressure.

  19. Various reports are generated to give the blood pressure averages, pulse averages, weight average, mean arterial pressure, number of readings within a date range.  Program will generate a report file that can be printed or can be FAXED or emailed to your doctor.
